Delivery Service 

With our high level of service and product quality, it is not possible to offer free delivery, however nor do we envisage profiting from the service as we know lots of other's do.  Our courier charges reflect the actual costs involved. We offer a free tracking service with all items purchased, all relevant tracking information will be sent via the registered email address on the invoice.

 

Aquarium plants – no matter how large or small the order with the exception of plants on driftwood/rock etc Aquarium plants are despatched in air-packed bags to ensure they arrive in the best condition.

Pond Plants –  These are available from March to September and we ask you to allow up to 7 – 10 days for delivery but again this can be quicker.

Other plants- Any other plants not mentioned on here will have set delivery cost's depending on the size and weight of the plant. please refer to the product listing.

 

  We pick and pack orders on both Mondays and Fridays we aim to despatch orders the same day they have been picked to reduce any stress in transit . All orders placed on bank holidays will be sent out on the following working day and we will endeavour to fulfil as many orders placed after that day as possible within the same week but we would ask our customers to allow a few days for delivery.

Dry goods – again no matter how large or small the order they are subject to a charge with the exception of substrates and individual driftwood pieces which due to their heavier nature will cost more. These can be despatched the same day subject to stock availability and will travel by a tracked courier service.

 Dry goods include consumables, accessories, planting aids, books etc.
